DG Matrix is hiring a Facility Manager for plant operations in Morrisville, NC, full time and on-site, "to own the day-to-day operations of our new manufacturing facility in Morrisville." The posting describes "the single point of accountability for everything the building needs to run," so that "the manufacturing team can focus on building product."

Listed responsibilities include building systems, utilities, security, and access control; serving as the primary landlord contact on lease obligations; facility service vendors; the maintenance program for HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire suppression; EHS, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and building-code compliance; access control and visitor management; and "facility ramp-up and build-out" with the general contractor and engineering teams, including punch lists and handover.
