Hire through Triangle Startups
Your role gets its own page on the jobs board, and candidates apply on the site instead of being handed off to a careers portal. You write up to three questions every applicant answers, you read the answers in one inbox, and the status you set is what the candidate sees.
What happens after you send this
- 1 · Adam reads it and replies. From his own address, usually within a couple of days. If the role fits, the next step is a short call about scope and fee.
- 2 · The role goes on the board. A real page with your description, not a link out to somewhere else. It carries the response window you commit to below, so a candidate knows when to expect an answer.
- 3 · Applications land in your inbox. Sign in with the address you give below and read them at /dashboard/hiring: the person, their link, and their answers to your questions. Move an application to reviewed, interview, or declined and the candidate sees that update on their own account.
- 4 · You contact the people you want. Nothing here writes to a candidate on your behalf, and no automated message goes out in your name.
Worth knowing before you fill this in
- Roles are taken one at a time, and a role only goes live after you and Adam agree on scope and fee. There is no self-serve posting and no volume plan.
- If your company is not in the directory yet, say so below and ask anyway. Adding it is a separate decision Adam makes on the usual Triangle criteria.
- The response window is a commitment shown to every applicant. Pick a number of days you will hit rather than the smallest one available.

Tell Adam about the role
Only the company, the role, your name, and your email are required. The rest saves a round of questions.
